The University of California has accredited a five-course curriculum developed by Jennifer Bardot, which focuses on leadership, resilience, and empowerment through the lens of personal narratives. The courses, which are now available to high schools and colleges across the U.S., are designed to equip students with critical thinking and analysis skills for college success. The series includes topics such as the psychology of personal development and resilience, and is a collaboration between Bardot and CEdge Inc.

Developed in collaboration with CEdge Inc., this curriculum empowers individuals to lead with clarity, purpose, and resilience by exploring five core pillars: Psychology of Resilience, Economic Empowerment, Social Systems and Policy, Military Studies and Crisis Leadership, and Health and Performance.
Each course offers a deep and interdisciplinary exploration of the challenges and breakthroughs that shape strong leaders. Through compelling case studies, reflective writing, and applied learning, participants gain critical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and the confidence to lead through adversity. Eligible For College Credit
Each half-year course is officially approved for University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) “G” College-Preparatory Elective credit.
